Refund Process:

Contact Support: To initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@quicreach.com with your request or create a support ticket in our app Help section. Include all relevant details, such as your ride booking information, issue description, and contact information.

Review and Confirmation: Our support team will review your request and get in touch with you for further details if necessary. Please allow up to 7 days for the review process.

Refund Issuance: If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Refund Scenarios:

No-Show or Late Cancellation by Customer: If a customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location or cancels a booking after the driver has already been dispatched, QuicReach reserves the right to charge the customer the full fare, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by QuicReach: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or other issues beyond our control, QuicReach may be forced to cancel a booking. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Payment Error: In the event of a payment processing error or unauthorized payment, you may request a refund. We may require additional information to verify your claim.
